Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead and grow a motivated, impactful recruiting team
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies and channels to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of proven success leading talent acquisition
• Minimum five years of people management experience
• Deep knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, recruitment marketing, employer branding, and sourcing techniques
• Solid understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in talent acquisition
• Data-driven approach with experience using analytics to drive recruitment strategies and measure success
