Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of proven success leading talent acquisition
  • Minimum five years of people management experience

  • Solid understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in talent acquisition
  • Data-driven approach with experience using analytics to drive recruitment strategies and measure success
