Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Talent Administrator & Coordinator will support the recruitment process by coordinating candidate activities, managing pre-employment processing, and maintaining compliance documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule candidates for assessments, interviews, and onsite visits
- Manage pre-employment processing, including preparation of offer letters and facilitating background checks
- Generate reports on candidate and recruiter activity and maintain compliance documentation
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of office administration experience, preferably in HR or staffing
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to timely project completion
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand its importance in recruitment
- Demonstrated customer service mentality and a collaborative team player
- Capability to analyze and improve operating practices for efficiency
