Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Talent Administrator & Coordinator will support the recruitment process by coordinating candidate activities, managing pre-employment processing, and maintaining compliance documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule candidates for assessments, interviews, and onsite visits
  • Manage pre-employment processing, including preparation of offer letters and facilitating background checks
  • Generate reports on candidate and recruiter activity and maintain compliance documentation
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of office administration experience, preferably in HR or staffing
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to timely project completion
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand its importance in recruitment
  • Demonstrated customer service mentality and a collaborative team player
  • Capability to analyze and improve operating practices for efficiency
