Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Administrator & Coordinator to support the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule candidates for selection process activities, including assessments and interviews
  • Manage pre-employment processing, including paperwork completion and preparation of offer letters
  • Maintain candidate files for compliance and generate reports on candidate and recruiter activity
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of office administration experience, preferably in HR or staffing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to complete projects timely
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements
  • Ability to analyze and improve operating practices for efficiency
  • Customer service mentality with a positive attitude
