Job Summary

To support employee engagement and performance, the full-time Talent Advisor will manage strategies for talent development and retention while executing programs that enhance communication and operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement and performance
  • Implement programs focused on redeployment, retention, and skill improvement
  • Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high-quality services to meet customer needs
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in employee management, supervisory, or team lead roles
  • Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices, including onboarding and talent management
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment
  • Effective communication skills with multiple levels of management
