Job Summary
To support employee engagement and performance, the full-time Talent Advisor will manage strategies for talent development and retention while executing programs that enhance communication and operational efficiency in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement and performance
- Implement programs focused on redeployment, retention, and skill improvement
- Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high-quality services to meet customer needs
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in employee management, supervisory, or team lead roles
- Proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices, including onboarding and talent management
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment
- Effective communication skills with multiple levels of management
