Job Summary

To support business goals, the full-time 1099 Contractor Talent Advisor will source, attract, and hire top talent through creative strategies, while partnering with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational needs in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles
• Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 7-9 years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven ability to partner with leaders
• Strong understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and techniques
