Job Summary

Empowered to build a personalized roster of creators, the full-time remote Talent Agent will discover, develop, and grow talent while collaborating with a dedicated team to provide long-term career strategies for clients in the creator economy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new talent while managing relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with various specialists, including Account Managers and Publicists, to support creators' success
• Negotiate contracts and develop strategic partnerships across the industry

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related fields
• An established network within brands, agencies, and the entertainment industry
• Strong commercial instincts with a focus on achieving sales goals
• A deep understanding of the creator economy and digital culture
• Experience in reviewing or negotiating contracts
