Empowering creators, the full-time remote Talent Agent will discover, develop, and grow talent while managing a personalized roster, supported by a collaborative team of specialists in the creator economy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a roster of creators, focusing on long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with dedicated teams to support creators in their careers, including account management and content strategy
• Negotiate contracts and leverage an existing network to drive sales goals and partnerships

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related fields
• Established network across brands, agencies, and creators
• Strong commercial instincts and a deep understanding of the creator economy
• Experience in reviewing or negotiating contracts
• Passion for talent management and the creator economy
