Job Summary

Empowering creators to build sustainable careers, the full-time remote Talent Agent will discover, develop, and grow talent while leveraging a collaborative team and extensive resources in the creator economy.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a personalized roster of creators, focusing on long-term career strategies
• Collaborate with dedicated teams, including Account Managers and Content Strategists, to support talent success
• Negotiate contracts and foster relationships within the influencer marketing and entertainment sectors

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field
• Established network across brands, agencies, and creators
• Strong commercial instincts and a drive to meet sales goals
• Deep understanding of the creator economy and digital culture
• Experience in reviewing or negotiating contracts
