Job Summary

Empowered to build their own roster, the full-time remote Talent Agent will discover, develop, and grow creators while collaborating with a supportive team focused on long-term career strategies in the creator economy.

Key responsibilities

• Discover and manage a diverse roster of creators, fostering long-term relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Managers and Content Strategists to support creator success
• Negotiate contracts and develop partnerships with brands and agencies to enhance creator opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related fields
• An existing network across brands, agencies, and creators
• Strong commercial instincts with a focus on achieving sales goals
• A deep understanding of the creator economy and digital culture
• Experience in reviewing or negotiating contracts
