A company is looking for a Talent Analytics & Reporting Analyst Sr (Payroll & Time) - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop ongoing talent analytics products using an agile approach
Deliver talent analytics & reporting products to end users through the most appropriate technology
Complete complex ad hoc analyses and provide support to other analysts supporting ad hoc reporting requests

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related area of study
5 years of work experience supporting Human Resource technology
1 year of Workday Report Writing experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
