Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Analytics Sr Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ad-hoc and recurring analysis solutions using HR systems and database tools
• Build and maintain self-service dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
• Lead strategic projects and provide proactive insights to enhance predictive analytics capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Data Science
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with data transformation tools like Alteryx
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using SQL for querying large datasets
• Minimum of 2 years of experience visualizing data for non-technical stakeholders using Power BI
• Preferred Master's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics or Data Science
