Key Responsibilities

• Support validation of identified talents for key talent pipelines and provide recommendations
• Design and implement strategic talent experience programs and initiatives
• Utilize data analytics to assess business impact and guide career growth solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Management, Learning, Leadership Development, or related fields
• BA/BS degree required; a master's degree is a plus
• Advanced level of fluency in the English language
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Experience in program/project management related to talent development
