Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support validation of talents for key talent pipelines and strategic initiatives
• Design and implement strategic talent experience programs and support talent development
• Utilize data analytics to evaluate business impact and prepare employees for future roles

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Management, Learning, Leadership Development, or related fields
• BA/BS degree required; a master's degree is a plus
• Advanced fluency in English
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Experience in program/project management of learning and talent development programs
