Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent & People Manager to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts and support broader people operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and hiring processes
  • Source, screen, and engage top talent while managing the applicant tracking system
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinate performance review cycles
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a recruiting or people operations role, preferably in an engineering-heavy organization
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS and HR tools; experience with Deel is a bonus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfort handling confidential information with professionalism
