Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent & People Manager to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts and support broader people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and hiring processes
- Source, screen, and engage top talent while managing the applicant tracking system
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinate performance review cycles
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a recruiting or people operations role, preferably in an engineering-heavy organization
- Hands-on experience with an ATS and HR tools; experience with Deel is a bonus
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfort handling confidential information with professionalism
