Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent and People Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, communication, and onboarding
• Support employee experience initiatives and coordinate company events
• Provide operational support for People Ops functions and maintain employee data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience in SaaS, with a successful track record
• Experience in international recruiting, particularly in India and LATAM
• HR degree or strong interest in the HR field preferred
• Proficiency in using AI tools for recruitment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
