Talent Applications Specialist
Job Summary
To support HR operations, the part-time Talent Applications Specialist will manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Talent Applications, ensuring data integrity and compliance while providing user support and facilitating system integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Independently configure and customize Talent Applications based on business needs and maintain workflows, roles, and reports
- Provide first-line support to end-users, deliver training, and create user guides and documentation
- Monitor HR data accuracy, manage access rights, and ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulations
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering HR software applications such as HRIS or ATS
- Understanding of HR processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience troubleshooting HR systems and resolving configuration or user-related issues
- Intermediate+ English proficiency for communication and documentation
- Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian for effective communication with local stakeholders
