Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of talent and culture programs using psychometric tools
- Deliver and facilitate talent development programs, ensuring engagement and effectiveness
- Build partnerships with HR and business leaders to drive the adoption of assessment-based programs
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in talent management, assessment, or organizational psychology
- Master's or PhD in I/O Psychology, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Experience designing and implementing assessment tools and competency models
- Experience managing impactful talent and culture programs at scale
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders in complex organizations
