Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of talent and culture programs using psychometric tools
  • Deliver and facilitate talent development programs, ensuring engagement and effectiveness
  • Build partnerships with HR and business leaders to drive the adoption of assessment-based programs


Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in talent management, assessment, or organizational psychology
  • Master's or PhD in I/O Psychology, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Experience designing and implementing assessment tools and competency models
  • Experience managing impactful talent and culture programs at scale
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders in complex organizations
