Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Associate to support hiring quality and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support screening and selection by reviewing applications and identifying strong candidates
• Help build and maintain high-quality hiring processes, including creating tools and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate hiring workflows and candidate communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, Law, Sociology, or a relevant discipline preferred
• Strong interest in talent, hiring, people operations, or business operations
• Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, customer-facing, or operational role is helpful but not required
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
• High organization and ability to manage multiple moving parts
