Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Associate to support hiring quality, consistency, and speed across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications and assist in identifying strong candidates
• Support the creation and maintenance of hiring tools and processes
• Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate hiring workflow records

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, Law, Sociology, or a relevant discipline
• A strong interest in talent, hiring, or people operations
• Previous experience in an administrative or operational role is preferred but not required
• High organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
