Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Associate to support hiring quality, consistency, and speed across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support screening and selection by reviewing applications and identifying strong candidates
- Help build and maintain high-quality hiring processes, including creating interview guides and spotting areas for improvement
- Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate hiring workflow records to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, Law, Sociology, or a relevant discipline is preferred
- Strong interest in talent, hiring, people operations, or business operations
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, customer-facing, or operational role is helpful but not required
- High organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and learn continuously
