Talent Attraction Specialist
Job Summary
To support proactive talent attraction strategies, the full-time remote Talent Attraction Specialist will manage sourcing, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement initiatives while overseeing a portfolio of requisitions from intake through hire.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for challenging positions and maintain talent pipelines
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Enhance employer branding initiatives and promote the company's value proposition across digital platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or employer branding
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding best practices
