Supporting recruitment and client delivery teams, the full-time remote Talent Attraction Specialist will execute innovative sourcing strategies, conduct candidate assessments, and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Execute effective sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent across various roles
- Conduct complex internet searches and utilize diverse recruitment tools to build candidate pools
- Perform phone interviews to assess candidates for fit with client requirements and culture

- Familiarity with social media and comprehensive knowledge of MS Suite programs
