Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the employer brand and narrative to attract high-caliber talent
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive candidate interest
  • Overhaul career sites to enhance candidate experiences and manage outreach strategies for university relations


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Branding or Recruitment Marketing with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience managing global Employer Value Propositions and directing creative content strategy
  • Strong analytical skills to measure conversion rates and present performance data
  • Experience with careers site management and talent marketing platforms
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and act as an internal consultant to leadership
