Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the employer brand and narrative to attract high-caliber talent
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive candidate interest
- Overhaul career sites to enhance candidate experiences and manage outreach strategies for university relations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Branding or Recruitment Marketing with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience managing global Employer Value Propositions and directing creative content strategy
- Strong analytical skills to measure conversion rates and present performance data
- Experience with careers site management and talent marketing platforms
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and act as an internal consultant to leadership
