Talent Brand Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Brand Program Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee programs utilizing cross-functional teams to meet business needs and strategic objectives
• Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources, and facilitate project execution and deployment
• Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders while identifying resources, resolving issues, and mitigating risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience in marketing project management or recruitment marketing/employer branding is strongly preferred
• Ability to manage projects through the full project life cycle
• Proficiency in utilizing corporate and industry-standard tools and techniques for program oversight
