Key Responsibilities

• Create new programs and processes based on organizational needs
• Collaborate with the People Team to develop solutions that add measurable value
• Present strategies and processes to various levels of the organization, including senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development/Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
• 5+ years of related experience required
• Preferred experience in human resources, talent management, or organizational development
• Experience in change management and project management is preferred
• Strategic planning experience is preferred
