Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent and Capability Partner- Skills Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and scale enterprise talent and capability programs focused on skills enablement and workforce readiness
  • Establish and manage the skills analytics and reporting layer, ensuring data is actionable and trusted
  • Develop relationships across the organization to drive the utilization and adoption of talent processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development/Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience in human resources, talent management, or organizational development
  • Experience in HR project and program management, change management, and strategic planning
  • Familiarity with workforce data analysis and modeling
  • Beginner to intermediate skill level in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
