Job Summary

To support ongoing growth and impact, JFF's Talent Community Members will submit their resumes to remain connected for future opportunities, which may include flexible, part-time or full-time roles both onsite in Boston, DC, Oakland, or fully remote, focused on transforming education and workforce systems.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential candidates and maintain a network for future job openings
• Collaborate with the People & Culture Team to identify relevant opportunities for applicants
• Contribute to JFF's mission of economic advancement through innovative workforce solutions

Required qualifications

• Experience in workforce development, education, or related fields
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment
• Strong understanding of systemic barriers to employment
