Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Consultant I to support talent management initiatives and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of talent management strategies and programs
• Manage talent review cycles and develop project plans, timelines, and dashboards
• Conduct data analyses to identify trends and present actionable insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Background in talent development or people analytics
• Experience in project management and use of project tracking tools
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
• Solid understanding of HR processes and talent management strategies
• Experience with Microsoft platforms such as Power Automate and Power Apps
