Talent Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Consultant to support clients in executing their talent goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to develop and implement customized Talent Strategy Plans
• Provide strategic guidance across the talent lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Deliver training and support on talent-related topics and technology to client practitioners

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in professional services, client services, or human resources
• BA/BS or equivalent in education and experience
• Industry knowledge of talent strategy and recruitment best practices
• Experience in developing and evaluating talent strategies
• Willingness to travel up to 10-15% based on client needs
