Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Coordinator (North) to support the onboarding of Guest Teacher candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and manage a high volume of Guest Teacher candidates through the onboarding process
• Update and maintain data systems, including Google Sheets and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate communication
• Create a welcoming environment for new hires, responding to inquiries and setting a positive tone throughout the onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience or professional internships
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs, Zoom, and Outlook
• Classroom experience is a plus
• Preference for candidates who can work 9am-5pm MST/CST
