Talent Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Talent Management team on a contract basis, the remote Talent Coordinator will manage brand partnerships, coordinate campaign execution, and assist with creator relationship management while gaining hands-on experience in talent representation and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage brand partnerships from contract execution through campaign completion, ensuring smooth operations
• Support Talent Managers by maintaining communication with creators and assisting with onboarding and business development initiatives
• Monitor creator content performance and assist in researching brand prospects and partnership opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related fields
• Strong interest in social media, creators, and influencer marketing
• Internship experience in the creator economy or marketing is a plus
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools
