Job Summary

Supporting consultants throughout their assignments, the full-time remote Talent Coordinator will manage onboarding, conduct quality check-ins, track assignments, and assist with interview preparation and administrative tasks to ensure a positive consultant experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist candidates with interview preparation and conduct debriefs to gather feedback post-interview
  • Manage onboarding activities and maintain ongoing support for consultants during their assignments
  • Monitor assignment dates and proactively communicate with recruiters and managers regarding contract completions and extensions
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, human resources, or customer service
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
