Job Summary
Supporting consultants throughout their assignment lifecycle, the full-time remote Talent Coordinator will manage onboarding, quality check-ins, assignment tracking, and performance follow-up while providing administrative support to the Client Relationship Management team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist candidates with interview preparation and conduct debriefs to gather feedback for the recruiting team
- Support onboarding activities and maintain ongoing communication with consultants to ensure a positive engagement experience
- Monitor assignment dates, track contract end dates, and facilitate assignment extensions or offboarding as needed
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, human resources, or customer service
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
