Job Summary

Supporting consultants throughout their assignment lifecycle, the full-time remote Talent Coordinator will manage onboarding, conduct quality check-ins, track assignments, and assist with interview preparation and administrative tasks for the Client Relationship Management team.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist candidates with interview preparation and conduct debriefs to gather feedback
  • Support onboarding activities and maintain ongoing communication with consultants to ensure a positive experience
  • Document consultant interactions and help coordinate performance-related conversations with internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Education: Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, human resources, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications preferred
