Talent Coordinator

Job Summary

To assist in day-to-day client management for a roster of talent, the remote contract Influencer Talent Coordinator will communicate with creators and partners, manage project timelines, and maintain organized processes while staying updated on social media trends.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for talent, facilitating communication regarding project timelines and deliverables
• Attend regular meetings with the Talent Team and creators, preparing notes and action items for follow-up
• Respond actively across various communication channels and present potential management scouting selections weekly

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or project management
• Passion for short-form content and new media platforms
• Proficient in Google Workspace; knowledge of Hubspot and Canva is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work within strict branding guidelines and maintain a positive attitude
