Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Source candidates for open roles and conduct initial resume screenings
- Support new hire onboarding logistics and maintain employee records in HR systems
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in Talent Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Sourcing, or People Ops
- Experience with ATS tools and a willingness to learn new systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Comfortable in ambiguous situations and capable of building structure
