Talent Data Management Associate

Job Summary

Leading a team of database and HR integration developers, the Talent Data Management Associate will oversee the delivery of a comprehensive operational data strategy for talent data in a contract position, ensuring high-quality data transformation, analytics, and reporting while mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for talent data systems and integrations, providing guidance and support
• Develop and implement strategies to improve reporting operations and increase efficiency
• Oversee the integration of HR systems with enterprise applications, ensuring robust and scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in HR data management, data warehousing, or system integration, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of database platforms and HRIS systems, such as SQL Server, Workday, and SuccessFactors
• Demonstrated ability to conduct needs analysis and produce complex reports for business purposes
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an HR reporting or analytics environment
