Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Delivery Manager to drive talent attraction and manage client relationships in the Banking and Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the disciplinary process for talent and maintain ongoing interaction with placed talent
• Independently recruit, screen, and evaluate candidates while ensuring compliance with client requirements
• Establish focused recruiting plans and produce effective matches between clients and talent

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• A minimum of 3-5 years of staffing/recruiting experience in Banking and Financial Services
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting for enterprise-level clients
• Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
