Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Delivery Manager to drive talent attraction and manage client relationships in the Banking and Financial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the disciplinary process for talent and maintain ongoing interaction with placed talent
- Independently recruit, screen, and evaluate candidates while ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Establish focused recruiting plans and produce effective matches between clients and talent
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
- A minimum of 3-5 years of staffing/recruiting experience in Banking and Financial Services
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting for enterprise-level clients
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
