Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Delivery Manager in Banking and Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the disciplinary process for talent and maintain ongoing interactions with placed talent
- Independently recruit, screen, and prepare candidates for client interviews while ensuring compliance with applicant screenings
- Establish focused business recruiting plans to develop a pipeline of candidates aligned with client needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- A minimum of 3-5 years of staffing/agency recruiting experience in Banking and Financial Services
- 2+ years of high-volume, fast-paced temp/contract recruiting for enterprise-level clients
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
