Job Summary

Driving talent attraction and management for large Banking and Financial Services accounts, the remote Talent Delivery Manager will independently recruit, screen, and present candidates while fostering client relationships and ensuring compliance with hiring processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the disciplinary process for talent and maintain ongoing interaction with placed candidates
  • Independently research, identify, and recruit candidates while leveraging technology to enhance the candidate and client experience
  • Establish focused business recruiting plans to develop a pipeline of candidates that meet client needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of staffing/agency recruiting experience in Banking and Financial Services
  • 2+ years of high-volume, fast-paced temp/contract recruiting for enterprise-level clients
  • Proven ability to interface successfully with clients and work within a team environment
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
