Job Summary

Driving talent attraction and management for large Banking and Financial Services accounts, the full-time remote Talent Delivery Manager will source, interview, and present candidates while fostering client relationships and ensuring compliance with hiring processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the disciplinary process for placed talent and maintain ongoing interactions to identify new opportunities
  • Independently recruit, screen, and prepare candidates for client interviews, ensuring alignment with client needs
  • Establish business recruiting plans to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates and achieve company KPIs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of staffing/agency recruiting experience in Banking and Financial Services
  • 2+ years of high-volume, fast-paced temp/contract recruiting for enterprise-level clients
  • Proven ability to interface with clients and work effectively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
