• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and build partnerships with hiring leaders
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Serve as a strategic advisor and sourcing expert to deliver high-quality hires

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Human Resources discipline
• 5 years of progressive Talent and HR practice experience
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification encouraged
• Competence in Talent Delivery, Workforce Planning, and Strategic Business Development
• Experience in Marketing, Critical Thinking, Customer Service, and Collaboration
