Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Development and Learning Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the talent development and learning strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent development and learning needs and design targeted initiatives
  • Design, implement, monitor, and measure effective learning and development programs

Qualifications:
  • 15+ years' experience in talent development and learning roles, with at least 3 years of team management experience
  • Strong knowledge of talent management principles and adult learning theories
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development/Psychology, Education or related field
