Job Summary
The full-time remote AVP, Talent & Leadership Development will lead the design and execution of leadership and talent development programs, collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners to enhance leadership capabilities and drive business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Management peers to design and deliver impactful leadership development programs
- Leverage workforce data and insights to create skills-based development strategies for high-potential talent
- Consult with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop tailored talent and leadership solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience, including leadership development and talent management
- Experience with leadership assessment tools such as Hogan, Korn Ferry, or similar instruments
- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning technologies and talent management platforms like Workday
- Proven ability to design and facilitate comprehensive leadership development programs
