Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience
• Basic knowledge of position management, classification systems, and recruitment processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft products including Teams
• Working knowledge of workflow optimization
• Experience in managing sensitive personnel data with discretion and integrity
