Job Summary
Providing strategic and consultative support, the full-time Talent Development Consultant will guide organizational design and talent strategies while leading projects on succession planning and workforce analytics in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead initiatives related to succession planning, workforce analytics, and process optimization
- Research and implement best practices in talent acquisition and professional development
- Collaborate with division leadership to align talent strategies with university and state classification standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of position management, classification systems, and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Teams
- Ability to manage sensitive personnel data with discretion and integrity
- Working knowledge of workflow optimization and talent management practices
