Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Development Coordinator to support employee training and professional development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding training for new hires and ensure timely completion of required trainings
  • Organize and maintain training materials and support leadership with training documentation
  • Assist with ongoing professional development initiatives and coordinate internal trainings
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in training coordination, talent development, HR support, or operations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus, but not required
