Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Development Coordinator to support employee training and professional development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding training for new hires and ensure timely completion of required trainings
- Organize and maintain training materials and support leadership with training documentation
- Assist with ongoing professional development initiatives and coordinate internal trainings
Required Qualifications
- Experience in training coordination, talent development, HR support, or operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
- Healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus, but not required
