Job Summary

To support long-term growth and employee engagement, the full-time salaried Talent Development Director will design and lead the firm's talent development strategy, focusing primarily on leadership development and talent acquisition oversight.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a firm-wide talent development strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Create scalable professional development and leadership programs for various levels within the organization
  • Provide strategic oversight of the talent acquisition function, ensuring alignment with overall talent development efforts
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent development, leadership development, or related areas
  • Professional services experience, with public accounting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management platforms
  • Strong understanding of the connection between talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention
