Key Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and develops a team of trainers and instructional designers
• Oversees the design, development, and maintenance of learning content across various formats
• Analyzes learner feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 1+ years in supervisory/management roles
• Experience in project management or related roles focused on cross-functional initiatives
• Experience supporting training in operational or high-volume environments
• Strong facilitation skills for both instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training
• Proficient in instructional design and curriculum development
