Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with consultants to understand their experiences and development needs, incorporating these into the staffing process
  • Partner with engagement leaders to assign colleagues to consulting projects while balancing the needs of colleagues, clients, and the firm
  • Facilitate the firm's performance management process and identify capability-building needs by colleague cohort/segment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of management consulting or professional services experience
  • Strong critical thinking and project management skills
  • Technologically savvy with experience in system implementation and refinement
  • Demonstrated record of high-impact coaching and mentorship
