Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with consultants to understand their experiences and development needs, incorporating these into the staffing process
- Partner with engagement leaders to assign colleagues to consulting projects while balancing the needs of colleagues, clients, and the firm
- Facilitate the firm's performance management process and identify capability-building needs by colleague cohort/segment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of management consulting or professional services experience
- Strong critical thinking and project management skills
- Technologically savvy with experience in system implementation and refinement
- Demonstrated record of high-impact coaching and mentorship
